What are we looking for?
As the Director of Professional Services at our B2B SaaS company, you will lead and oversee a team of professionals responsible for delivering exceptional consulting, implementation, and support services to our enterprise clients. You will play a critical role in driving customer success, ensuring the successful adoption of our software solutions, and maximizing client satisfaction. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-performing PS team.
- Ensure high productivity, engagement, and retention within the teams.
- Ensure growth and development opportunities for all team members.
- Responsibility for planning, budget, and profitability of regional PS teams.
- Handle day-to-day people management tasks.
- Ensure High Customer Satisfaction and Advocacy.
- Accountable for the highest quality standards in project delivery on regional level.
- Collaborate with regional leadership of all Aavenir functions to ensure world-class customer experience and improve processes.
- Work with the senior leadership in preparing Aavenir ‘Customer Engagement’ team as a differentiator in the industry.
- Increase the Value of Aavenir Product Portfolio for Customers.
- Expand the sales of professional services in existing customer base influencing at all levels of the
client organization up to the C-level. - Cooperate with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support organizational units to promote user adoption and effective use of Aavenir solutions, and support renewal efforts.
- Work with Partners for effective & efficient Implementation Services
- Provide vision and direction to our partners to execute Aavenir product implementations for enterprise customers across industries globally.
- Take ownership and accountability of Aavenir Delivery Assurance and overall Partner Account.
- Contribute to product roadmap through active feedback from customers, partners and implementation experience.
- Maintain effective relationships internally with all functions including Marketing, Sales and drive change management considering interests and impact of all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree AND/ OR Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) is required. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of 12+ years in professional services, consulting, or customer success roles within the B2B SaaS industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS, with a preference for experience in Source To Pay, Procure To Pay, Spend Management, or Accounts Payable domains. Experience within the ServiceNow Ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Strong background in project management methodologies and practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- A proven focus on results and execution, with motivation to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive projects and your team members to results.
- Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team & client base.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer success, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B SaaS industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients & team members within and outside of India.
