With this release Aavenir Contractflow’s legal, procurement, and other stakeholders can speed up reviews and eliminate version discrepancies through real-time collaborative authoring and reviewing using MS Office 365, and easily access contracts and embedded contract data from the repository with AI-driven, natural language smart and proximity search.
The latest release of Aavenir’s product suite enables Aavenir RFPflow customers to maximize savings by executing price negotiation workflows using built-in flexible pricing grids, shortlisting vendors, and splitting awards across suppliers and product quantities. RFPflow customers can boost supplier collaboration and communication using portals to speed up the submission and evaluation process.
Earlier this year, Aavenir released pre-built workflows connecting processes, data, and insights across its own sourcing, onboarding, contract management, and AP automation solutions. With its latest launch, Aavenir is taking the connected Source-To-Pay experience to a new level by incorporating pre-built connectivity into ServiceNow's Procurement Services Management (PSM), Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), and other solutions such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
